How to use the 'Reason' field when creating a work request

When creating a work request, employers will need to select a Reason.

This reason won't be visible to the employees, but will be used for some new reports that will be available soon in the canuwork web portal.

We've populated a list of common reasons using the Dept. of Education's standard records. If you would like us to add more choices, send an email to support@canuwork.com.au.

There is also an N/A if a reason isn't required.
