How to filter available employees by skill

When creating a work request, Employers can filter the list of available employees by certain skill types.

This will assist with showing only employees with one or more skills.  eg. show only employees flagged as 'Education Support (ES)'.

The list will default to showing all employees but the manager can then tap on the 'Filter' button and select one or multiple skills.

To clear the filter and show all employees again, the manager can just tap on the reset button in the top right corner.
