Notifications aren't working

If you are not receiving notifications and cannot turn them on within the App Settings, try these steps.

If you are not receiving notifications and you have gone to Settings and notifications within the canuwork app but cannot enable them (turn them on), then you will need to follow these steps:

For iPhone Users

For Android Users

If you have followed these steps and there is still an issue with receiving notifications, the best option is to Delete the app from your phone and reinstall it from the AppStore or Play Store. 

You won't lose any settings or your availability data because this is all stored in our cloud servers.
